Admitted to practice in 1971 after completing his Law Degree at the University of Melbourne, he joined F.R. Monotti & Co. in 1974 and is now the Principal of the firm. He specializes in Business Law and was accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria as a Business Law Specialist in 1993.
Other areas include preparation of Wills, Estate Planning and Administration, Trusts, Purchases and Sales of Properties.
In 1991 he was commissioned as a Notary Public. Most countries require documents signed in Australia to be witnessed and sealed by a Notary before being accepted. This is part of the role of being a Notary Public.
In 1997 he successfully completed a Mediation training course focused on resolving disputes by interactive involvement of the parties and their legal advisors.
He maintains an active professional connection with other Business Lawyers and also in the community. He is a legal advisor to a number of philanthropic and charitable institutions and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Dandenong.
He endeavours to maintain a work life balance between his work, early morning jogging, regular lunch attendances at a local gym, gardening, cooking, travel and a love of the Arts.
